Camero Jewelry is owned by Charlie Camero. Charlie is a
Lieutenant with the San Antonio Fire Department. Charlie Camero oversees all
production and has been in the jewelry
business for 20 years. The staff at Camero Jewerly is a very select group of
individuals to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Delivery will depend on the design of the pendant and the amount of inventory
we have on hand.
Intricate custom designs will take
longer than the basic Maltese and shield designs. You have the option of
overnight delivery. Overnight express delivery applies to the shipping method
only
after your custom pendant has been created. All other jewelry will usually ship within
24-48 hours
after payment has been received. If there is to be a delay on your
order you will be notified by phone
or email given that you have provided that
information to us. If you have any questions regarding

the working process as well. We have made pendants
for many police, fire and security departments.
Prices are based on gram weight and production of design set up. Prices may
change due to the
gold market and the option you choose for delivery. Most prices listed will remain the same
unless stated otherwise via website, telephone, or email.
If for whatever reason you or the recipient of
your gift was not completely 100% satisfied you may
return your purchase in its original condition for a full refund. Any , improperly packaged, or non-
insured packages will be returned to sender. Jewelry pieces that show signs of
wear or that have
been, resized, engraved, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted for
return. Due to the craftsmanship custom orders will not be accepted for
returns, so please don't ask. Should you have

Camero Jewelry.com prefers to ship all
merchandise via Federal Express. A signature will be
required upon delivery of your jewelry. We do on occasion ship our jewelry
by other means where Federal Express is not available. If prefer your
jewelry shipped U.S. Postal Service or UPS please specify that on the final page
of your purchase. You may ship your merchandise standard,
priority (2nd Day), and express delivery (Next Day). Next day shipping only
refers to the next
business day, Monday thru Friday. Most in stock items that
are ordered before
3:00pm CST will ship the same day.
At this time we are
accepting credit card payments through our secure online gateway. We accept
Visa, MasterCard. You may also use the mail order form to send us a check, money
order, and
credit card orders. We also accept credit cards over the phone and
secure email transactions.
