Any returns must be returned within
20 days of delivery to be eligible for refund. There will be a
15% restocking fee. No refund on custom orders, shipping
charges, or rush order fees.

States Postal Service.

inspected for quality.
Any , improperly packaged, or
non-insured packages ($500.00 or more) will be returned to sender. Jewelry
pieces that show signs of wear or that have been, resized,
engraved, damaged or altered in any way will not be
accepted for return. Custom orders are non-refundable.
